We welcome custom orders. If you have a particular design in mind, such as a piece of jewellery to coordinate with a special occasion outfit, bridal gown, etc., please contact us at contact@louiseashtondesign.com and share your dreams and ideas. If you have a deadline, please let us know, and we will work with you to ensure that we can meet it.

General Terms and Conditions of sale:

Orders may only be placed on the  LouiseAshtonDesign.com  website by private customers and business purchasing goods other than for resale. Any resale or distribution of Louise Ashton Design products purchased on  LouiseAshtonDesign.com is strictly prohibited.

Prices - Payment:
The prices of Louise Ashton Design products are indicated in Pounds Sterling, including taxes and excluding shipping costs (see "Shipping and Delivery").
Louise Ashton Design reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the  LouiseAshtonDesign.com website at the time your order was confirmed provided the goods ordered were available at this time.

Terms and conditions for ordering
The  LouiseAshtonDesign.com  website may be used to order our products directly online via the Internet from anywhere in the world.
You may also place your order by telephone 07581 185 965 from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m (UK time).
We deliver Louise Ashton Design products ordered via the LouiseAshtonDesign.com website all over the world. However shipping for international orders (Outside the UK) will be added after weight is determined and type of shipping/speed you required. Please inquire.
You may specify single or multiple address(es) for each order. If you have any questions about the products, you may of course contact us.

Shipping and Delivering:
All items will be shipped after payment is received. Shipping and delivery costs depend on the value of your order and the delivery service you select. Please inquire.

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

Exchange Policy:
You are entitled to return any product ordered via the LouiseAshtonDesign.com website within the fourteen (14)  days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• If, for any reason, an item purchased is not completely satisfactory to you, returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address:  18, Sanfoine Close, Hitchin, Herts , SG4 0NP, UK. All packages must be insured. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. You must enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning part of your order.
  
  

• For items received as a gift, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange.
  
  

• You may exchange the item either for a different item in the same product category or for one or several different items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item you received as a gift. We do not issue refunds, even partial, if the item you wish to return was received by you as a gift.

If you exchange goods, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery. Only one exchange by item will be honored.

If you ask for a refund, Louise Ashton Design will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods returned by sending you a check minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the time and effort it takes to cancel the order, issue the refund and return the item to inventory.

In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded in full if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (e.g., product reference error, damaged goods, etc.). Louise Ashton Design has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to LouiseAshtonDesign.com. Louise Ashton Design will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the LouiseAshtonDesign.com website is lost, misdirected or delivered late. If the package is lost or the items damaged on return YOU are responsible, and your money will NOT be refunded. We will help you with your claim for recovery with the shipper.
